I leverage a background in HCI, art history, and agriculture to create thoughtful, inclusive designs that improve people’s everyday experience.

For me, design is all about the details and the tiny moments that make up someone’s day. Over the years, I’ve designed learning platforms for undergraduates, produced oral histories of women fighting AIDS in Africa, installed drip irrigation systems in Nicaragua, created students’ rights handbooks for the ACLU, and designed thoughtful content and interactions for the people working some of the toughest jobs on the internet.

I’m happiest when I’m in the field working with and learning from others, and I truly believe that thoughtfully-designed systems can change the world for the better.
